SkyFlex’s Milestone in 1000㎡+ ME Series Project with Customer Inspection

Most people think a factory visit is just about touring the production floor and checking products. But for a 1000㎡+ ME Series project, it's about verifying every detail. Recently, our valued integrator visited the SkyFlex factory for taking a closer look at the quality, reliability, and processes behind the project.

Stop 1: R&D Lab — Where Reliability Is Verified

The first stop was the R&D lab, where our customer explored waterproof, dustproof, and environmental testing facilities. Beyond product specifications, they wanted to see how reliability is validated through real testing and strict quality-control procedures.

Stop 2: Aging Area — Where Stability Is Proven

Rows of ME Series displays remained powered on all day long, creating a city that never sleeps. Here, our customer observed the aging process firsthand, verifying brightness consistency, image quality, and stable operation under extended runtime conditions.

Stop 3: Packaging Area — Where Delivery Is Protected

Safe delivery matters as much as product quality. Our customer checked packaging details, from wooden-cases to accessories, ensuring ME screens are ready for the journey to its final destination.

Stop 4: Meeting Room — Where Solutions Take Shape

The final stop was a project discussion focused on the ME Series. With front and rear maintenance, fast-lock installation, high brightness, IP66/IP69K protection, and DCD energy-saving technology, ME Series is designed for high-end outdoor fixed applications such as digital signage,transportation hubs, and commercial advertising.

This full-scale inspection further strengthened mutual trust and marked another important milestone for the 1000㎡+ project. With production and aging tests progressing smoothly, the project is steadily moving toward its next stage. Stay tuned for the next update.
